Rakibul M Islam
Dr. Rakib Islam is an epidemiologist with a specific interest in non-communicable diseases in women, and Deputy Head of the Women's Health Research Program, Monash University, Australia. His current projects address sex hormones and their role in cardiovascular disease risk as well as cancer, cognition and frailty. He is also a lead researcher in a large study of the physical and psychological health of Australian women at Midlife.
